What to put on ai label maker labels
- A short product name the AI can build around
- The tone you want: friendly, elegant, playful, minimal, rustic or bold
- Facts only you know (weight, ingredients, dates): the AI leaves [brackets] for these
- Your own logo if you have one; AI pictures are for decoration
Tips
- Be specific: “cedar and orange soy candle for a farmers market” gets better wording than “candle”.
- Ask for three more until one fits, then edit the words directly on the label.
- Line-art and vintage-ink pictures print best on inkjet labels and stay sharp in black and white.
- Check every regulated claim yourself. The AI is told never to invent claims such as organic or allergen-free.

Yes. Writing label text and drawing pictures is free with no account, within a fair-use limit per visitor so the service stays free for everyone.
What does the AI actually do?
It writes three short label wordings (title, subtitle and a detail line) from your description, and it can draw one simple illustration without text. You place and edit everything yourself in the label editor.
Can the AI design the whole label for me?
It gives you the words and a picture; the layout comes from six ready styles you can switch with one tap. That keeps text sharp and printable, which AI-generated images of whole labels usually are not.
Can I use AI pictures on products I sell?
The pictures are generated for you on request and contain no text or logos. For a brand mark, use your own logo; check the rules of the marketplace you sell on about AI-generated artwork.
Which AI models are used?
Text comes from an OpenAI GPT model and pictures from a Recraft image model, both through Vercel AI Gateway. Your description is sent only when you press the button and is not stored by LabelStudio.
