What to put on mailing / address labels
- Recipient name
- Street address with apartment/suite
- City, state/region, ZIP/postcode
- Country on its own last line for international mail
Tips
- Separate addresses with a blank line, or paste one per row from a spreadsheet (commas or tabs become separate lines).
- The US Postal Service recommends left-aligned addresses in a plain sans-serif font without punctuation clutter.
- Print one sheet on plain paper first and hold it against a label sheet to check alignment.

Questions
How do I print different addresses on each label?
Open Sheet & print, choose “Different text per label”, and paste your list. A text box containing {all} is replaced by each address; {1}, {2}, {3} pull single fields from comma or tab separated rows.
Is my address list uploaded anywhere?
No. The merge runs entirely in your browser; the list is only saved in your browser storage so it is still there if you reload.
How many addresses fit on a sheet?
Avery 5160 holds 30, 5161 holds 20, 5162 holds 14, 5163 holds 10, and A4 L7160 holds 21. Extra addresses flow onto additional sheets.
