Do I need to create an account?
No! LabelStudio works entirely in your browser. All your designs are saved locally on your device, so you don't need to sign up or log in. Your data stays private and under your control.
Is LabelStudio really free?
Yes, completely free! There are no hidden costs, subscriptions, or premium features. All tools and templates are available to everyone at no charge.
What label sizes are supported?
We support all common Avery label sizes including address labels (5160), shipping labels (5163), round labels (22806), and many more. You can also create custom sizes to match your specific needs.
Can I upload my own images?
Yes! You can upload your own logos, photos, or graphics in PNG or JPG format. All uploads stay on your device and are never sent to our servers.
Will my designs be saved?
Your designs are automatically saved to your browser's local storage (IndexedDB). They'll be available the next time you visit, as long as you use the same browser and don't clear your browser data.
How do I print my labels?
Export your design as a PDF, then print it using your home or office printer with Avery label sheets. Make sure to select the correct label size and print settings (100% scale, no margins).
Can I share my designs with others?
Yes! Use the Share button to generate a URL that encodes your design. Anyone with the link can view and edit the design in their own browser.
Does this work on mobile devices?
The label designer works best on desktop and tablet devices. For mobile phones, we recommend using a desktop browser for the best design experience.
